Treatment Coordinator/Registered Dental Assistant
I grew up in Arizona, and moved to California in 2013. Completed my Dental Assistant training from Grossmont Health Occupations Center in 2014, and currently in school finishing prereqs for Dental Hygiene. Once my program was complete, went into Pediatric Dentistry for almost 2 years before temping and finding Dr. Gaball’s office. I immediately was welcomed in with open arms and was thrilled to find an environment that supports me as much as I support them. My favorite part of dentistry is seeing the positive life-changing results that cosmetic dentistry can provide for patients.
Registered Dental Hygienist
Chelsea started working in the dental field in Texas in 2002. In 2005 she moved to Ga, and after graduating with my BS in Psychology she changed courses and got back into the dental field. Then graduated from Lanier Technical College in Georgia, in 2016. Moved to California to expand my knowledge and skills in the field and was licensed by the end of 2016. She has been working with Dr Gaball since she moved here in 2016 starting in the front office and assisting while I worked on requirements for my RDH license in California. After working almost 2 years in California I completed an RDHAP program to acquire the license that allows me to expand my practice to patients outside the traditional dental office. She hopes to incorporate both licenses to reach the needs of our patients.
My name is Tricia and I have been a team leader and practice management consultant in the business of dentistry since 1999. I am very easy to get along with and I am great at what I do! I am a numbers person and I put a lot of love into my work.
I am a San Diego native! My faith in God is my springboard for life. When I am not working I can be found pursuing artistic endeavors, watching documentaries, enjoying live music, surfing, paddle boarding, riding my beach cruiser, and endlessly searching for the best local eats in San Diego! We have the privilege of living in incredibly beautiful city where others come to vacation and I love taking full advantage of this blessing!

Office Manager, Registered Dental Hygienist
Reggie started his career in dentistry right out of high school when he joined the US Army in 2005. Upon graduation he went straight to basic training and went on to get trained as a dental assistant. After one year of assisting, one of my dentist’s encouraged him to get his hygiene license. Once he became a hygienist, he practiced for the Army for about 10 years.
He went on to be the Non Commissioned Officer In Charge(NCOIC) of a multi provider dental clinic where he managed 5 doctors, 8 hygienists, 8 assistants, and a small civilian staff. He moved to San Diego in January of 2019. He then found Dr. Elona Gaball’s office and is blessed to say that this team of staff is more than just employees, but rather family. They exude so much happiness to all of our patients that they leave here smiling from ear to ear.
