Yesterday I spent 14+ hrs in an Emergency Room an OR waiting room at a hospital with one of my family members who needed an emergency life saving surgery.

You may say that it was not a good day, although I strongly disagree.

It was not what she nor I would have wanted for a holiday Saturday AND it was an experience that inspired us to value every moment, to FOCUS on what we can control, such as our mental state, physical wellbeing, emotional fitness and spiritual maturity vs being overtaken by life’s circumstances in worry and anxiety of what may happen. ( ...and don't worry, she is now doing well!)

Inspire Changes is a 501(c)3 - non-profit, and is the part of our practice through which we contribute to the lives of trafficking survivors in San Diego and Orange Counties.

in numbers :2024 contribution totals: value of dental services given to women in need: $185,173; 98 individuals served. 2018 (the year when we first started) to the end of 2023 - $313,000, 187 individuals.

In JUST ONE year the value of contribution has expanded 60%! That is amazing! 🥲
