We don’t want you to lose your insurance benefits. At the end of the year dental insurance benefits expire and don’t roll over. They are “use or lose.”

If you have recommended treatment that has not been completed

Please call to schedule. While there are few remaining open appointments available before the end of December, we will make every effort to care for you so that you may utilize your benefits.
