Andrew’s health and wellness coaching helps people assess their current physical and emotional state, then helps them set goals for what they want to achieve in their overall wellness and health by working with them on plans of action to reach these goals. Andrew partners with his clients and supports them on their journey to health and wellness by being a source of encouragement and accountability, through deep listening and incisive questioning, eliciting a client’s inner strengths and resources, goal setting, and unconditional positive regard.
Andrew emphasizes sustainable change, typically involving making small, incremental adjustments to your lifestyle. For many clients, Andrew tests different types of approaches to eating and exercising so that each client can find the approach that works best.

Health & wellness coaching with Andrew means looking at all aspects of your life. What areas are challenging you? My goal is to provide the guidance and support to help you set and achieve your goals. As your coach I will help guide you through the process of making necessary life changes that will empower you and improve the quality of your life. Mindfulness coaching helps you develop and enhance the skill of mindfulness using the key principles of non-judgment, openness, acceptance, curiosity, and compassion. Mindfulness is a simple and direct practice of moment-to-moment observation of the mind-body process through calm and focused awareness without judgment. Dispassionately observing your mental processes allows great insight into habitual ways of thinking, and it has a profound power to alleviate stress and suffering. Rather than rehearsing or rehashing our lives, we can allow ourselves to live in the here and now.
Awareness is the way. We are truly our own best guides. We just need to learn to get out of our own way that’s all. I believe when we are listened to, supported and shown how to use tools and strategies to relax the body, settle the mind and be in the present moment, our own wisdom speaks. If we choose to listen, it creates the possibility of incredible transformation for each and every one of us. In a kind, light and flexible way I guide you down this path. Through mindfulness based practices, I help you to start uncovering the best version of yourself. I help you connect to the present moment and become more aware of old, limiting thought patterns and behaviors that have
held you back, leaving choice to create a new path in your life. One that helps you experience greater self-awareness, mind and body well-being, life balance, personal/professional fulfillment….and much more.
You will experience guided meditation practice and receive helpful tools to take with you throughout your week. Practices include sitting meditation; awareness of breath; walking meditation; awareness of sounds, thoughts, & emotions; body scan meditation; and written reflection. Your practice can be tailored to meet your specific needs. Whether you’re an absolute beginner, looking to create a regular practice, hoping to incorporate mindfulness into your work or home life, or someone who has experienced meditation practice before and seeking a fresh look, mindfulness coaching will support you in your journey.
Mindfulness practice is the cornerstone for creating any sort of change we wish to make in our lives. When cultivated over time, it can transform us in the most

My passion for Breath-work started from my own growth and exploration. I personally experienced its healing power while going through a life transformation. I was busy with work and life and didn’t have time, nor did I really want to change. I felt numb and I knew I needed a healthy, safe practice to process and release those stuck emotions in order to heal and move forward. As I dove into Breath-work, I realized its power to help others reconnect to their inner-selves too. Any transformation is change in behavior and that can be so overwhelming! We need to love and accept ourselves as we do the inner work. Getting aligned with who we are, accepting ourselves, and feeling whole…….it is possible!

I became an RDA in 1995 and I love serving our patients!
I get the opportunity to work with our specialist/periodontist, Dr. Ruprecht. She is amazing, and if you are in need of periodontal services or implants, she is the best there is! She uses LPR-F to aid with healing and recovery.
On a personal level, I love bouldering, climbing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. There is much to learn, but I’m enjoying the process! Being active is an important part of my life.
